Our normal support is free for every customer with a valid license key. We try to answer all emails within 5 workdays. However if you’re in need of priority support because your business needs one of our plugins we can schedule a TeamViewer session.
TeamViewer sessions during business hours
TeamViewer sessions are only available during business hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 9:00 – 17:00 CET
- Fridays: 10:00 – 15:00 CET (only for priority support)
